DESCRIPTION:Douglas started a Garden Centre in Dundonald\, Ayrshire in 1980 from scratch. It was reknowned for water features for the garden as well as being an excellent garden centre. \nHe retired from it in 2017 but continues to give talks to gardening groups like Bachs. \nTonight\, he will illustrate the history of the R.H.S. since its inception and then give a presentation on the Chelsea Flower Show 2023 in glorious technicolour. \n
