Helen is a Glasgow based author, presenter and horticultural editor and will talk about

the thinking behind her first book Grow, Cook, Inspire which was written at the height of the pandemic

and discusses the importance of gardening with children for the health of the planet as well as our own

physical and mental health.. This is something she champions when working with schools, including Netherlee, across the country.

Helen will also highlight her work at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show and talk about the power of Show Gardens, helping to

raise the profile of important charitable causes.
