People first started cultivating potatoes 10,000 years ago in South America and they have emerged as a food of immense global importance.
He will extoll the virtues of the potato as a food and how it is produced, travelling to China for research & Peru in search of original methods of the Incas planting at an altitude of 4,000metres.
